Very Simple Roasted Carrots Recipe
Simple Oven-Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 12 raw carrots
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Clean carrots well. Cut the carrots in half if they are large, and then into roughly three inch chunks.
- Put the chunked carrots in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, and coat the carrots thoroughly. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20 minutes or until tender.
